As we are approved installers our products are installed with an extended 5 year parts warranty, backed by the manufacturer. In addition, Cool Britannia give all customers a 1 year warranty on both materials and labour on completion of the project.

Upon completion of any installation, we will offer a suitable maintenance contract to protect your investment.

At Cool Britannia, we provide the necessary labour to inspect and service all air conditioning equipment, whether newly installed or existing. We'll arrange maintenance visits to suit each environment, whilst also providing an emergency service between periodical visits. As with installation, if necessary, maintenance can be undertaken outside normal working hours to minimise disturbance.
